• Content may include allegations and disputed claims.
• Publication is not a determination of guilt.
• Professional comments do not automatically create an attorney-client, medical, or other professional relationship.
• Users remain responsible for their submissions.
• Emergency situations should be directed to appropriate emergency services.

Your account

You must confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Community Standards before creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Your submissions

You are responsible for what you publish. You confirm that you have distinguished personal account and opinion from facts you claim are supported by documents or public records, that you will not knowingly submit fabricated information, and that you have removed prohibited private information.

Moderation and enforcement

We may restrict, hold, redact, or remove content that violates the Community Standards, and may suspend or ban accounts. Every administrative action is recorded with a reason in an audit log.

Corrections and disputes

Affected parties may submit a structured correction request. Requests, evidence supplied, and decisions are recorded. A correction notice may be added to a post; a formal response never automatically deletes the original post.
