Private by design
Draft posts, private messages, verification materials, and moderation notes are restricted at the database level, not merely hidden in the interface.
Published records
Published posts and their outcomes remain searchable as part of the community's shared knowledge unless the author lawfully deletes the record. Meaningful edits are recorded in a public revision history rather than silently erasing the prior version.
This is an initial community draft written in plain language. It is not a substitute for review by qualified legal counsel.
